While going through counseling my doctor suggested I see if I was able to return to m previous location. When I returned to work I spoke with HR and my manager and they both agreed I would be able to return if my previous manager was okay with it. I interviewed with the previous manager and she said yes. HR contacted me and said there we new bank regulations (S.A.F.E. Act) and I would have to do another background check and I agreed. About two weeks passed. I went to work Monday morning and my Manager called me into the office. She said my background check came back and she had bad news for me. I received a misdemeanor in 2004 for possession of a fake i.d. (i was using to buy, beer, go to clubs etc) when I was 20. She said that they would be terminating because of the charge. I explained to her that I had been honest about the criminal record when I applied for the job and that is was seven years old. I did some research on the S.A.F.E. Act and it states: If the applicant has ever been convicted of a felony involving an act of fraud, dishonesty, breach of trust, or money laundering, or convicted of any felony in the seven year period before filing an application for an endorsement. I have never been convicted of a felony and that is the only criminal charge I have on my record. Okay so I am a rising sophmore in high school. My first semester grades were pretty bad- C, C+, B, B, B+. Was about a 2.7 gpa unweighted. all my classes are honors though which I know helps a little. However, second semester, I dropped one of my honors classes to regular and ended up getting an A-. so my 2nd semester grades were B, B-, A-, A-, A-. gpa unweighted was around a 3.4 or 3.5. i heard that good colleges, esp. ivy leagues just like to see improvement. and i definitely have improved and I plan on continuing to improve throughout the rest of high school. so assuming i have a 3.4 or above for the rest of high school, is that good enough for a really good college, maybe ivy league??? plus all the ec and sports plus interview and submission essay?

SAT scores and GPA are what will get your foot in the door. The extracurriculars, personal abilities and stuff is what will get you beyond that. 2100 is not that bad, but unless you have some excellent extracurriculars or some great talent that distinguishes you from the thousands of other applicants, then you don't have much of a chance. I have a friend who got 2100 on her SATs, valedictorian, full load of college-level classes, plenty of extracurriculars and got rejected from Stanford, Harvard and Princeton. Ivy Leagues are getting more and more competitive now.

I have these 2 wealthy neigbhors who are brothers who are both doctors who both live together. They easily make over $400,000 each with their career. They are party doctors who were living a great life, they even have a politician in their back pockets. They're all friends. i don't have much to say other than that you have a lot of single cards in the deck if you can eliminate the cards that are not major or get more major cards that will help put you in a winning position. too many single cards lowers chance that you will draw the cards you need in order to win but if you have multiple of the same cards (4 being max) your odds of drawing them increase. hope i helped a little iv been playing for several years now. you will need more cards.. with red there are several approaches direct damage with instants and sorcery and few creature cards. there is the speed approach where you play small creatures with haste.. etc those are a few red decks are often related to direct damage.

three visits huh? well I used to work as a exterminator and here is how it usually goes 1st vacuum and do your laundry all of it. then they encase your boxspring and or matteress with a treated covering since there isn't a strong enough pesticide to kill bedbug eggs yet they should do a thermal treatment as well if they do not offer that then is going to be a chemical of sorts. every 21-28 days eggs hatch and require a feeding so if they can break the egg cycle in one try it's unheard of. So i guess what I'm saying is make sure your paying someone to get rid of them and not just treat them no matter how many visits it takes

yes, you definitely should! college will be way easier if you graduate with an IB diploma some people say it is even easier because they are used to the work load and know how to properly manage their time (which is important). most colleges accept IB diplomas and give you a higher standing as well you may be able to skip a year or two of college with the IB diploma. You should have no problem getting accepted by all CSUs except for impacted majors. The only UC's you'd have much chance getting accepted are UC Riverside, UC Merced, or UC Santa Cruz, although you could try Irvine and Davis. Not much chance for UCLA, Berkeley, UCSD, or UCSB. Doing some extensive SAT preparations and retaking the exams will only help your chances. Your GPA is well below par for non-AP courses for the highly selective UC schools. However, these campus may still accept you if you qualify as an upper-division transfer from a California Community College with close to a 4.0 and the proper set of courses. All UC/CSU give priority to CCC transfers with all the requirements met and a high GPA. Plus a CCC will save you a lot of money to get the GE courses out of the way at a budget price per unit. Some UC/CSU have a transfer admissions guarantee for CCC students (not guaranteed for UCLA, Berkeley, but still with priority).

Check out the Schecter 006 elite's, but look for the one's people have modified with the EMG 81 & 85's. These are great guitars and in my opinion play better than my Gibson SG and Les Paul. The 006's w/ the EMG's go for around 150-200 bucks on ebay and I have personally bought two of them with these pickups for 152 and 167 bucks.

You have an alright chance, not a slam dunk, but I would try to get a higher SAT score or take the ACT to see if you do better on that one to have a better chance at getting in. If you go on collegeboard.com you can put in all of your info (grades, test scores, etc.) and it will tell you how likely you are to get in. Also your chances depend on what major you apply as, some are easier than others. I got in with a 4.2 GPA and an 1880 SAT score and I applied as an education major. Also if you are not able to get accepted as a freshman you can always go to another CSU for the first two years and then as a junior have a lot better chance at transferring. And if you are going to be a junior or a senior next year, I would encourage you to really work hard to get your grades up and if you can raise that GPA higher the school will recognize your hard work. There is nothing wrong with it. I am sure that their room is safe and I have yet to see a door that is sound proof from a childs cries. I honestly think it is safer then letting them wonder the house or even sneak out when you are busy doing something else. It is nearly impossible to watch a child every second of the day and this could help keep them contained in their own little safe area while you sleep at night or cook a meal or do a chore. I have 4 kids and they are all in bed at night, in their own beds, lights off, door shut and they are all safe, happy and healthy. I don't know all the laws in your state but opening another bank account gaines you nothing because you would have to list it as an asset in a bankruptcy proceeding. In a bankruptcy proceeding all seven homes in your name would be subject to being sold to pay the loan. Also your husband may be liable for the loans due to being married to you. (not sure what the laws are in your state) Sounds like the attorney has no idea of what he is doing if he loaned you money without a contract for repayment because he has no proof that it was a loan and no proof of the terms. 80% interest is quite high but he has no proof that you agreed to pay that ridiculously high interest. My advice would be to cut expenses wherever possible and sell something soon to keep current on your bills. Work hard at it. Maybe even sell your vehicle and purchase an older, cheaper one to get you by during this severe cash crunch. Then in the future be a little more careful not to bite off more than you can chew financially .If you can get through this when the economy turns around you will be in good shape. Could be a long hard and slow process during these hard economic times. Keep your head up and work hard at it.

Don't you know that the very nature of gaining power and influence is corrupting no matter where you go in the world. High ideals soon fall by the wayside when faced with stark choices of doing whats right for the party and whats right for the people. More often than not the party line and self interest wins over the needs of the people, lets just say that self preservation and lining ones own pockets is the name of the game in politics.. Something crawling in my socks?

There seem to be bugs crawling around in my socks and sometime up my legs as I write this. They must be very small because I can't see them at all. I'm worried they might be bed bugs, but have had no bites. Yet I have had the same feeling something is crawling at me at night, usually starting with my feet. If I launder my sheets the night time feeling goes away for a night, but is back the next night. Well i wouldn't think it would because usually acrylic paints are very durable. If you are worried about it burning (i think it would just melt off if anything) Just try it out, experiment with it, to see what happens. In my opinion i think you should just paint a light glaze on the outside of the glass container so the color is seen and the effect is achieved, but you don't run the risk of melting the paint if you did it on the inside.
