Trying to decide between 2 computers but don't know anything about them, please help. 10 POINTS!!!?

Download speeds depend on the Internet speed you pay for every month, not the computer you buy. I would recommend the Acer Aspire 5736Z-4826 Laptop. Less than $400 and works great. I can watch movies fine. Zero problems so far. And Acer is a good brand. It comes with an Intel Pentium processor and Windows 7, along with a starter version of Microsoft Office 2010, and a 2 month subscription of McAfee Internet Security Suite.
