What effect will ONE wicca spell have on me?

Spells arent really much different than prayers except your using your own visualization to help things. In wicca they say it will come back at you three times over so it should be positive. Wicca isnt all about magick and witchcraft. Those are separate things that may or may not be a part of wicca at times determining the individual.
