I have 14 days to go seniority on howrse to start an EC. Any tips on how to use the money? I want to plan :)?

Hey there! I have a whole 6 days seniority on Howrse.com and I would like to plan ahead in making my Equestrian Centre! (I am soo excited in case you hadn't noticed xD) I would like to know how to buy the best boxes, and how best to use the 25,000 equus that I receive to make the centre.
